Company Overview
#

Nanobridge is a Korean materials company that produces nano-carbon materials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes (CNT). It covers the full chain from raw material to composite development, and it also builds finished application products.

Its flagship product is CRYOLINK, a nano-carbon liquid coolant for AI data centers. The company also develops NVIA, a flame-retardant film and coating material. Nanobridge started in 2023. Its headquarters is in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, and its R&D center is in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

Technology & Product
#

CRYOLINK is a liquid coolant enhanced with nano-carbon for fast heat dissipation and high thermal efficiency. The company reports a cooling-rate improvement above 20%, an operating range of about -20°C to 105°C, Grade 1 corrosion protection, and low viscosity near 13 cP. CRYOLINK uses carbon-based materials instead of metal nanoparticles, which avoids the oxidation problems common with metal-based coolants.

Two in-house capabilities support the product. First, Nanobridge produces its own nano-carbon materials with a proprietary graphene process that combines physical and physicochemical steps, which lowers reliance on costly commercial inputs. Second, a surface-modification dispersion technology keeps the nano-carbon stable in the fluid for more effective heat transfer.

NVIA is a separate flame-retardant material line. A transparent type targets display and building fire protection, and an opaque type is being developed to help prevent thermal runaway in EV batteries.

Market & Use Cases
#

AI data centers are the first target market. As compute density rises, cooling moves from air to liquid, and coolant becomes critical infrastructure. Nanobridge sells CRYOLINK to liquid-cooling system providers that serve AI data centers, starting with single-rack pilots and expanding to multi-rack and full data center deployment.

The company plans to expand into automotive and EV thermal management and, later, aerospace. For early adoption, Nanobridge also plans a consumer-accessible channel, selling CRYOLINK online for workstations and small servers to build brand awareness and demand.

Traction & References
#

In its own engine cooling test, CRYOLINK delivered up to 18% higher heat rejection than conventional coolant under high-load conditions. In a closed-loop CPU cooling test in a custom liquid-cooled PC, it lowered CPU temperature by 6-9°C versus conventional coolant. Sample sales are ongoing, and a product launch for workstations and small servers is planned.

Nanobridge exhibited CRYOLINK and NVIA at JEC World 2026 in Paris (March 10-12), in the Korean pavilion organized by Korean carbon-industry bodies(Industry Ilbo). In its first year the company recorded early sales and was supported through the 2023 Pre-startup Package via Seoul National University and the IP Nare program(Hankyung Job&Joy).

Collaboration Relevance
#

Nanobridge fits liquid-cooling system providers, AI data center operators, and automotive or EV partners that need higher thermal performance. The clearest entry point is a single-rack CRYOLINK proof of concept with a cooling system provider, which can scale to larger deployments as volume grows.

For Korea-Europe collaboration, the JEC World Paris exhibition shows active interest in European markets. CRYOLINK is relevant for European data center cooling partners, and the NVIA line could suit EV battery safety and building fire-protection projects.
