BANF’s Tire Profile System has three main parts:
- iSensor: a tire-mounted sensor with 3-axis acceleration sensing, TPMS, and low-power Bluetooth.
- Smart Profiler: a data hub and wireless power source for sensors inside fast-rotating tires.
- Data Viewer: an interface for reviewing tire and road data.
The platform measures tire pressure, temperature, tread condition, wheel alignment, tire load, road surface condition, and lug nut loosening. It offers faster updates and a wider data set than standard TPMS.
